Cardiff's First Proud Exhibition

FOR Cardiff have launched the city's first PROUD Exhibition, a free audio-visual trail curated by Heard Storytelling, celebrating Cardiff's LGBTQIA+ community.

You can now work your way around the city’s shopping streets and discover eight beautiful living portraits telling true stories from two different perspectives.

A man scans the QR code of a poster featureing too men and the word proud which spans across 3 window paynes of a store.

Each 'living portrait' has a QR code that you can scan to listen to the stories, which are all based on the theme of Proud.

From the streets of Pakistan, clubs of Cardiff, hospital waiting rooms, and funfairs on Barry Island, these stories take listeners on personal and candid journeys, with the importance of representation at their core.
